Place is really clean! Meat looks nice, bright red and juicy . Can't wait to throw it on the grill ! The staff is friendly.

Just purchased their ranchera meat and their pollo. Which was really good. Also had their frijoles puercos which were killer. Definitely going back!!

Been searching for a Carneceria like this in Riverside for over 28 years! Wow, this shop is new to community and so nice. Super clean, great advice given on cut of meat but the best part was the TOP quality offering of meat! The rib eyes were cut like a prime steak house would cut, the tomahawk looked ahhhhmazing. They even had a japanese wagu steak. I went in for Pollo asada and came out with the best ever meat, chicken, shrimp and veggies. They even gave me a small slice to try out of another meat to make kabobs with this weekend. This is a goldmine, we will only buy all of our meat from here. It literally is a meat market of beef! No more driving to OC butcher shop.

Came to this place for the first time this past Saturday, it was the Grand Opening. This place is the cleanest, neatest, and most organized meat market I've been to by far. First of all the staff was amazing, Mario greeted us as we walked around and everyone was super polite. The butcher was very helpful and assisted with a suggestion for my smoker grill (since I only use Mesquite). All their cuts are incredibly good looking, I got Ranchera, Tasajo, Ribs, and Chicken. All marinated by them, WOW!!! Never in my life have I tried the flavors used here. It was DELICIOUS!!!
We will be heading out there Sunday AM for Mother's Day BBQ picking up those same cuts plus Wagyu. Thank you for the great tasting meat guys!!!
